DOOKS

This book compiles works from 2017 to 2025 by "WAN WAN WONDERLAND," a product brand by woodworker as well as designer WAN. Early versions of their current symbolic piece, DOGGY LAMP, as well as its evolution are documented. The book includes photos by photographer Rie Suzuki on the cover and other pages, and excerpts from video works by filmmaker Shuhei Hatano. The book is designed to bring it closer to the works and materials themselves.
木工作家・デザイナーのWANによるプロダクトレーベル「WAN WAN WONDERLAND」の2017〜2025年までの作品を収録しました。 現在のシンボル的作品であるDOGGY LAMPの初期作や、そこまでの変遷もご覧いただけます。表紙他、写真家の鈴木理恵による写真を掲載、映画作家の波田野州平による映像作品の一部も掲載しています。作品、素材そのものへと近付けたような造本となっています。

Woodworker/Designer. Born in Tokyo. Graduate of Musashino Art University, Department of Imaging Arts and Sciences, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Vocational Skills Development Center, Woodworking Course. Based and works at her studio and gallery, YAHHO~HOUSE.
木工作家・デザイナー。東京都出身、武蔵野美術大学映像学科卒業後、東京都職業能力開発センター木工技術科修了。アトリエ兼ギャラリーのYAHHO~HOUSEを拠点に活動。
